Our Projects
We are currently working on a wide variety of exciting engineering projects for clients across the UK.
From decommissioning complex industrial facilities and managing offshore/ onshore operations, to delivering critical energy, nuclear, and infrastructure projects, if you join our team, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle challenging and high-impact work.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We understand the time and effort you dedicate to applying for a new opportunity or perhaps your first opportunity, so to help ease the worry of “What will I have to do”, we have detailed below our process for you.
Step 1. Application submission

Step 2. Initial CV screening
Our recruitment team evaluates your technical fit and cultural alignment.
Step 3. Informal chat
An opportunity to get to know more about you and more about us before you commit your time.
Step 4. Interview
Expect a competency based interview, and technical assessment followed by discussions on safety practices and values-based scenarios (role dependant).
Step 5. Offer & Onboarding
Vernal and written offer issued and followed up with an introduced to the D360 family with full support and integration into our team from Day One.
Step 6. Continuous development
We are proud to offer ongoing professional development through training, mentoring, and cross-regional project exposure.
