D360 is delighted to announce its partnership with Falkirk Foundation, becoming a Community Partner and Headline Partner for the Foundation’s upcoming Gala.
The partnership brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to supporting the local community, providing opportunities for D360 and its employees to make a positive difference across the Falkirk area.
Allison Hill, Director of Operational Support & People Engagement at D360, explained that finding the right local organisation to work alongside was an important part of the company’s approach to corporate social responsibility.
“It was about making sure that we could understand how we could actually work with the Foundation and some of the programmes that they have. As a business, for our employees and in the community, we wanted to have a local partner to work with. We have a passionate team of people that are based locally and support the community. I think it’s the right thing to do that you get them involved in that as well, because equally, they’re giving something back.”
D360’s values are centred around SPIRE: Safety, Passion, Integrity, Respect and Evolve. The partnership provides an opportunity to put these values into action, encouraging employees to get involved in initiatives that benefit the communities in which they live and work.
As part of the partnership, D360 will also be the headline partner for the Falkirk Foundation Gala, a key event in the Foundation’s calendar that brings together supporters, partners and local businesses to raise vital funds for its community programmes.
Derek Allison, Chief Executive of Falkirk Foundation, welcomed D360’s support:
“To be one of our community partners is a really big deal for us. I think the ethos that we’ve got and the work that we do in our community really fits in with the work that D360 do. I think that’s a really good stepping stone for us to build a good relationship. It’s really exciting news to have D360 as the community partnership with regards to our Gala night. It’s a big event for us and the support they’ve given us throughout the last month has been tremendous. For them to come on board and be part of the Gala night, I’m really excited by.”
For D360, the partnership is an opportunity to build meaningful local relationships and give its employees the chance to contribute to the community beyond their day-to-day work.
