Falkirk Football Club is delighted to announce a new three-year partnership with D360 Group, which will see the Grangemouth-based international decommissioning business become the club’s Official Community Partner.
The partnership has been built around a shared commitment to supporting the local community and creating opportunities for the next generation.
At the heart of the agreement will be a Tickets for Schools programme, delivered throughout each season of the partnership.
The initiative will provide player visits and match tickets to local schools, young people, and community groups across a selection of Falkirk FC home fixtures. These visits will also provide opportunities for young people to learn more about the range of roles available across engineering, industry, football and sport.
D360 will also become the Falkirk FC Women Tickets for Schools Partner, supporting the inclusion of Falkirk FC Women fixtures within the wider schools programme. Tickets for Falkirk FC Women matches will be made available through participating school visits and engagement sessions, helping more young people attend matches and connect with the growing women’s game.
Based at Gateway Business Park in Grangemouth, D360 provides specialist decommissioning engineering, asset management and Principal Designer services across the nuclear, energy and infrastructure, and offshore and onshore sectors.
The company was established in 2023 by founder Mark Hill, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the sector. The business works with multiple clients across complex high-hazard environments throughout Europe and America, and is also heavily involved in a number of local decommissioning projects across the Grangemouth area.
D360 is built around five core values: safety, passion, integrity, respect and evolution. Community involvement is also central to its approach, with the business supporting local initiatives and encouraging its staff to take part in volunteering, fundraising and community activity.
Sean Skelly, Head of Commercial at Falkirk FC, said:
“We are delighted to welcome D360 Group as an Official Community Partner of Falkirk Football Club.
“From our earliest discussions, it was clear that D360 wanted this partnership to deliver something meaningful. As a fan-owned football club, we have a responsibility to remain connected to the community we represent and to make sure the next generation feels part of Falkirk FC.
“The Tickets for Schools programme will give more young people the chance to attend matches, potentially for the first time, while the wider school engagement will allow us to introduce them to different careers and pathways across both sport and industry.
“D360 have also made a clear commitment to Falkirk FC Women. Including women’s fixtures within the schools programme will help us introduce more young people to the team and support the continued growth of the women’s game at the Club.
“This is an ambitious three-year partnership with community impact at its centre, and we are looking forward to working closely with everyone at D360.”
Allison Hill, Director of Operational Support & People Engagement at D360, said:
“This partnership with Falkirk Football Club reflects our commitment to giving back and creating meaningful opportunities within the communities we serve. The schools and community engagement element is particularly important to us.
“By working together on school visits and community programmes, we can help inspire young people, encourage participation and demonstrate the positive impact that sport can have on their lives.
“We are also proud to support the growth of the women’s game through our involvement with Falkirk FC Women. It is important that both boys and girls can see positive role models in sport and understand the opportunities that exist for everyone.
“Sport delivers significant health and wellbeing benefits, but it also teaches valuable life skills such as teamwork, communication, resilience, discipline and leadership. These are all transferable skills that can help young people throughout their education and into future careers and employment.
“We are excited to work alongside Falkirk FC to make a lasting difference both on and off the pitch.”
